Refund policy

Surgilūm offers a 30-day free-of-charge return policy for unopened products. Unopened products returned after 30 days of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking charge, except for products shipped in error.

All opened RoboMarker handles must first receive a return authorization prior to being returned to Surgilūm. To receive a return authorization, please call Surgilūm at (910) 202-2202.

Used RoboMarker handles may only be returned if warranty-related or part of a previously approved trial. Non-warranty handles may be returned for repair or refurbishment at the applicable fee. Open boxes of Robotips may not be returned unless shipped in error.

Certain Products are not eligible for return. These are:

1. Products that have been damaged because of improper storage, handling, abuse, or other factors.

1. Lithium Batteries (I.E BAT101, BATG2) are designated as hazardous material and shall not be returned unless housed in a RoboMarker Handle.

In regard to refunds, any invoice will be reconciled or credited with the purchase amount of any unopened product returned within 30 days of purchasing. For accounts returning unopened product after the 30 day window, the amount paid will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.
